01 Is this just another CRM?
No. A CRM is a spreadsheet with better clothes — it asks you to log the thing that already happened. Itineri reads from your inbox, calendar, and notes, so the work between meetings is already done by the time you open it. You're the advisor; we're the memory.
02 Where does my data live?
On a private, encrypted-at-rest workspace keyed to your firm. We never train models on your client data, we never sell it, and you can export the whole thing to JSON or PDF in one click. SOC 2 Type II is in-flight; happy to share the letter of engagement.
03 Do I have to log notes after every meeting?
Never. Dictate a voice memo on the cab ride, forward an email, or scribble a line in Apple Notes — Itineri folds it into the right client's timeline automatically. If you have to type the same thing twice, we built it wrong.
04 Does it work with my firm's compliance stack?
Yes. Native archival to Smarsh, Global Relay, and Proofpoint; read-only integrations with Redtail, Salesforce FS Cloud, and Wealthbox if your firm already runs one. Drafts stay on your device until you approve them.
05 How is it priced?
Per-seat, per-month, no AUM tax. First cohort is priced at $39/seat with founding-member pricing locked for three years. Teams of 10+ get a private onboarding week with the founders.
06 When can I actually use it?
